The WI State Button Society (WSBS) offers three (3) ways to sign-up (or renew), and pay for, an annual membership:

• Online – using the fillable form below
  • Online payments are processed through PayPal using a credit card so you do not need a PayPal Account.
• By PayPal – using your own personal PP account
  • In the comment box please note the year you are signing up for, and include contact information for whom the membership is for (e.g. full name, address and phone number. (Include an email, Facebook Profile/Name, and local button club as appliable.)
  • SEND to Wisconsin State Button Society’s email: Treasurer@wsbs.org.
• By Mail – use this PRINTABLE FORM.
  • Mail form and personal check (payable to WSBS) as shown on form.
